Parrallium collects your email address and optional survey answers when you join the waitlist. We use this data only to contact you about Parrallium launch updates. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@parrallium.com.

Payments

Founding access is a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles them directly. We store only your payment status and a Stripe reference so we can confirm your founding spot.

Refunds

Full refund anytime before launch — just email us. Your founding pass reserves early access to a product launching in the near future; if you change your mind before launch, email refunds@parrallium.com for a full refund.
